Born in Darende in 1940, Mr. Bekir Ilıcak graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He is the Honorary President of Rönesans Holding and a member of the Board of Trustees and Honorary President of the Rönesans Education Foundation, which the Ilıcak family founded in 2009 with their belief in the superiority of knowledge.

Students of Darende Bekir Ilıcak Vocational School, established by the Rönesans Education Foundation, which continues its work to support the education and personal development of young people and children,  can benefit from the REV Scholarship Program.
