The information meeting, planned as part of the MEDEK (Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation Association) Accreditation Process, to which our college attaches great importance for documenting the quality of education and ensuring continuous improvement, was successfully held at the Darende Bekir Ilıcak Vocational School on Monday, October 6, 2025. The meeting, demonstrating our institutional importance given to the accreditation process, saw broad participation from all our academic staff, including the Vocational School Director and Deputy Directors. The main speaker and valuable contributor to the meeting was Instructor Sevil ERGÜL from the Food Processing Department of İnönü University Malatya OIZ Vocational School, who is also a MEDEK Evaluator. Instructor Sevil ERGÜL provided our academic staff with comprehensive and guiding information on accreditation standards, self-assessment report preparations, and the critical stages of the process. As the College Administration, we extend our sincerest thanks to Instructor Sevil ERGÜL for her valuable knowledge and experience sharing in this important process. With this meeting, our unit has once again demonstrated its commitment to compliance with national quality standards and the continuous improvement of educational programs. Our preparation efforts for the accreditation process will continue uninterrupted with the active participation of all our stakeholders.
