Our 2025-2026 Fall Term Unit Academic Board Meeting was held with the high presence of the University's Rector, Prof. Dr. Recep Bentli. Prior to the meeting, our Rector conducted a site visit to our physical facilities, particularly the laboratories and classrooms, and received information from our unit administrators about the work being carried out. Within this scope, the current status and future plans for our education, teaching, and research activities were discussed. Following the site visit, during the Academic Board Meeting, Rector Prof. Dr. Bentli met with our academic staff to evaluate the processes related to the new academic term. The meeting featured a comprehensive exchange of views on increasing the quality of education and teaching activities, raising the number of academic publications and projects, and finding ways to maximize our unit's potential. Specifically, discussions were held on activities that support our students' academic development and their current status; Rector Bentli also communicated directly with the students he met, listening to their views and expectations, and answering their questions sincerely. Our unit extends its gratitude to Rector Prof. Dr. Recep Bentli for honoring us with his valuable contributions and guidance, and for sharing the vision and strategies for the new term. We wish all our members and students a productive, successful, and healthy 2025-2026 Academic Year.
